Pet policy

Pets are welcomed. Pet charges are 20 Euros/day.

Group Policy

Reservations of more than 2 rooms are considered a group. Group reservation cannot be taken for less than 4 nights from the 15 June to 15 September. Group reservation come under different policies ( please talk to our reservation office at lesrosees@yahoo.com).

In the case of a group booking, the deposit is to be paid by wire transfer. A card detail is also necessary.

Reservations require a 40% deposit, which is refundable within the first 48 hours. In the case of a cancellation after 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. The refundable deposit may increase should your reservation be made more than 4 month prior to arrival ( please speak with our reservation staff)

In the case of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 60% of the total reservation amount shown above is due to Les Rosées. In the case of a cancellation within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the reservation amount shown above is due to Les Rosées. The card supplied will be used to guarantee the deposit and the cancellation fees.
In the case of early departure or no shows, the days reserved are due to Les Rosées.
We kindly advise our guests to take a travel insurance which covers cancellations. A Travel Insurance is available on our website http://www.lesrosees.com/world-nomads.
