Check-in / Check-out policy

Hotel rooms can be taken from 15:00 on the day of arrival (check-in) and must be vacated by 10:00 on the last day of your stay. Please, contact our reception for more information concerning early check-in and late check-out possibilities (to be reserved in advance).

Pet policy

Pets are allowed in the hotel room under the supervision of the guest. Pets are allowed to use the common areas for access to the rooms, other areas (restaurant, fitness room, etc.) are not accessible to pets. The price is 6900 HUF/pet/night.

General policy

·         VIZA info (mandatory recording of personal data)

In accordance with the law, the recording of guest data with a document scanner is mandatory in all accommodation establishments in Hungary. Identity cards, driving licences and passports are accepted as a proof of identity for guests of Hungarian nationality. The rules apply to all guests, in case of children a document containing a photograph is required to be shown and recorded.

Our hotel accepts the following means of payments:

·         credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners Club, Union Pay, JCB, V Pay),

·         cash in the currency of Hungarian Forint.





Cancellation policy:



Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days prior to their arrival date without any penalty.

Cancellations made between 14 - 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival will be a subject to a charge of 50% of the amount of subtotal.

Cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival or in case of no-show guests will be charged of 100% of the amount of subtotal.
