Pet policy
Pets are welcome in the bar until 10pm and then at our discretion thereafter.
No pets except guide/assistance dogs (from a recognised organisation; ADI or IGDF accredited organisation)
are allowed in the hotel rooms. Please let us know you will be bringing a (ADI or IGDF) guide/assistance dog so we can provide a suitable room.
Group Policy
Groups: Groups of two or more rooms are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the full rate of each room. A maximum of 5 rooms for a group may be booked at any one time. If more rooms are needed please contact our team by phone.
Absolutely no hen/stag parties: Our policy is to refuse Stag and Hen parties regardless of sexual orientation or gender. If groups ignore this and are then found to be part of a hen/stag party, we will cancel their booking (even on arrival). If we need to cancel a booking in these circumstances less than 48 hours before arrival date, we will apply a cancellation fee equal to the first night's stay.

General policy
Payment Policy: For your security, upon check-in, guests must present a valid official photo ID (valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card) and the payment card used to make the reservation, unless the guest will be paying with a different card when you arrive. The card holder must be present. If the guest is unable to provide the required documentation the booking will be cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.
Payment Policy for Pride, Christmas & New Year: These bookings must be cancelled no less than 14 days before your stay is due to commence otherwise we reserve the right to charge 100% of our full tariff on every room booked.
Promotional codes: From time to time we send out promotional codes, these codes cannot be used in conjunction with some web only discounted rates.
Online Only Rates: Most of our discounted direct rates are only available on this website and cannot be booked by phone or in person. All Early Bird', 'Early Booker', 'Last Minute', 'Advance' and 'Web Saver' rates are online only.
Room notes: Whilst certain views and room designs/configurations may be shown in photo's, views and designs/configurations vary and cannot be guaranteed. Room sizes are approximate and may differ from room to room. Toiletries, decor, soft furnishings, and facilities may be changed without prior notice, any changes will usually be for a similar or higher-grade product. Rooms available on our website may not use the same standardised categories as external online travel agency websites, this means we can offer a larger selection of rooms.
Rooms rates: We usually charge similar or lower rates than other websites, we also offer rate matching on most of our room types. For further Terms & Conditions see hotel website.
Booking changes: All travellers whether UK or International are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance for all trips. We understand this is sometimes not viable therefore we may allow changes to a direct bookings in certain unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Illness, flight cancellation) However this is a non-binding 'gesture of goodwill' and in most circumstances we will charge a fee to go towards our lost revenue. We cannot make this offer available for third party bookings due to complicated nature of these bookings.
