Check-in / Check-out policy
Our reception is open between 8.00 a.m. and 8 p.m., outside of this period, you can reach us on the following phone number: +36 30 742 8905.

We can provide our rooms from 2 p.m. on the day of the arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of the departure. If you will arrive after 6 p.m., please inform the reception about this in advance.
If availability allows, it is possible to leave the room later for an additional fee. Please discuss the details at the reception before or upon arrival!
Payment Policy
Payment policy might differ, depending on the available rate. Please check the exact payment policy next to the Rate name.
Pet policy
We can’t accept pets in our pension and restaurant.
General policy
Our accommodation always requires a guarantee to finalize the reservation. The room's price contains the unlimited a'la carte breakfast in the Lumen Restaurant, free parking nearby, WIFI service and VAT.
Our guests have to pay on the day of the departure the remaining accommodation fee, the  tourist tax (580 HUF/night/person above 18 yrs. old), the price of mini bar consumption and the price of restaurant consumption.

Limited number of parking places are available for free of charge in the inside yard (cars with a maximum width of 205 cm, including the rear-view mirrors too). Additional free parking is available in front of the building and also in the next street (’Ady Endre’ Street).

In addition to breakfast, our restaurant also offers lunch and dinner, which requires a reservation. Please ask our colleagues' help.
Please let us know your special dietary needs (allergies, intolerances) in advance, at the time of booking!

Our adult-friendly gastropension, the Lumen Gastropension**** awaits its guests in Eger from the fall of 2023, with its modern, familiar rooms and the Lumen Restaurant. The concept of our accommodation and restaurant is based on the need for quality, cleanliness, comfort and environmental awareness.
Our guests can relax in a quiet environment near the Thermal Spa and the Archbishop’s Garden, the ‘green heart’ of the city, and the main sights of the city is also available with a few minutes' walk.

We believe in that every parent, grandparent deserves some relaxation, that’s why we strive for ensuring a calm environment, so they can return refreshed to the weekdays and to their families. In order to ensure our guests’ undisturbed rest, our adult-friendly accommodation can’t host children under the age of 14. If the age limit is not taken into account, unfortunately, we cannot be able to fulfil the reservation.

Our gastropension awaits its guests with eight modern, unique-styled rooms and a separeted apartment, they can be accessed from the closed inner courtyard, which is more comfortable with our 'rest corner'.

We would like to draw your attention, the building does not have an elevator or barrier-free facilities, please note it in case of reservation!
