Group Policy
We would like to extend a very warm welcome to your group and thank you for choosing our
hotel for your stay. Like all guests we want the members of your group to enjoy their visit,
enjoy the facilities of the hotel, and to leave with a favorable impression of the city, hotel and
our staff. Our hotel needs to consider our other guests to ensure they also have a safe and favorable
experience. We do have some requests and a few restrictions for our groups.
1. Quiet time is at 10:00 P.M. until 9:00 A.M.
2. Group members may not roam, run or play in hallways, stairwells, or in the parking lot.
3. We require constant adult supervision in the pool and spa areas while any member of the group is in the area.
4. Should our housekeeping staff find a room unmanageable due to misbehavior, the hotel may
choose to charge the credit card responsible for this room for any damage or extra cleaning fees
that may apply.
5. There must be an adult chaperone on the hotel grounds at all times while the group is present.
They must make themselves available to our staff as a contact person in case of any accident or problem.
6. It is at the discretion of the hotel management to ask the group or an individual member of the
group to leave the hotel premises if unresolved problems persist.
7. Rooms can only be confirmed upon receipt of your signed team booking form and a signed copy
of this hotel group policy.

Les Bambous Luxury Hotelis a charming family run hotel with an outdoor salt water swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Nestled in the heart of a 2000 m2 tropical garden the 09 spacious air conditioned rooms all individually decorated and furnished.

Rooms feature a garden, countryside or pool view. Twin, Double or King size beds are available. All suite rooms have air conditioning, private en suite bathroom with hot water shower or bathtub, cable TV, mini bar/fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker machine, mobile phone, iPad, complimentary coffee & tea, red wine, drinking water and toiletries. All rooms include free breakfast.

The hotel is a 5 to 10 minute drive from the Old Market and Pub Street. Angkor Wat and other temples are located a short 15 minute tuk tuk journey away. We are a 10 minute drive from Siem Reap International Airport also.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms, the bar & restaurant area, garden and by the pool. Our restaurant, bar area is situated in the peaceful garden. The restaurant offers a varied menu of Khmer, Asian and Western dishes in a relaxed and chilled setting. All meals are freshly prepared with Western hygienic preparation. Our bar serves a variety of beers, spirits, cocktails and world-class wine from France, Italy, Australia, Portugal, and Chile.

The hotel's tour desk can help you organize excursions to tourist attractions. Also car and bicycle rental is available so you can explore the region. Or enjoy a massage in your room or by the pool by one our trained masseuses.

We freely provide you with one of our selected car or tuk tuk drivers to take you anywhere you would like. All our drivers are handpicked, safe, trustworthy and knowledgeable about the area.
