Check-in / Check-out policy

*Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00am
*A valid passport or residence card (non-japanese) is required at check-in
*Should you arrive at the property prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the staff for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in available.
*You are required to check-in before 11 PM. If in case arises that you cannot make it before this time,

*Late check-outs are not allowed

Group Policy

*Valid for booking the rooms more than 6 rooms above with the same arrival date . 
*Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation has to be made through corresponding e-mail or facimile at least 30 days before arrival  otherwise no cancellation or modifications will be entertains.
*A full amount payment through a bank transfer must be settled at least 45 days before your client arrives.
(depending on the condition of the reservation and period )
*The bank transfer/ Japan remittance fee must be paid by your company.
*Paying by credit card before arrived is also available . Please contact sakura@urushitei.jp
*The reserved room will be released,  in case there is no corresponding regarding the payment.

General policy

*The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure. 
*The rates are shown are per room per night (room only) and in JAPANESE YEN and inclusive of 10% consumption tax and service for the numbers of persons and dates selected, unless otherwise indicated.
*Arriving at the property with more than the number of the reserved guest/party is compulsory to pay an extra set of bedding, JPY 3,500/night especially when the additional person is a 6 year-old and above.
*The rates do not include a Kyoto City Accommodation Tax which is JPY 200.-/person/night and it will be charged upon arrival when you stay.
*BREAKFAST can be reserved at front desk upon arrival with an additional cost. We do not serve lunch and dinner. 
*All rooms are furnished with a private shower booth/bathub and toilet (Non-smoking room)
*Exchange rates are not applicable.
