Late check in: please inform hotel staff about appr. arrival time!
Early check in:  we regret to inform you htat there is no possibility to check in eralier than 4 pm. To avoid infection with COVID-19 ee introduced a very strong cleaning and desinfection standard, which needs much more time than before. 
Check out: 9 - 10 am
Late check out:  To avoid infection with COVID-19 ee introduced a very strong cleaning and desinfection standard, which needs much more time than before. Therefore there is not possibly to check in earlier than 4 pm.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Pets are allowed by hotel management on request. (We accept maximum 3 pets at same periode). A daily fee of 4000 HUF per pet will be charged. The owner is fully responsible for his pet.

Group Policy

Group reservations: we communicate, confirm and invoice only with the group leader. No separate wishes, cancellation or payments will be accepted. 
The prepayment should be done with ONE bank transfer. We do invoicing group reservations as one unit: only group invoices are possible.
