Check-in / Check-out policy
Guest check-in time is 14:00. If rooms are requested prior to check-in time, early arrivals will be accommodated, as
rooms become available.
Check-out time is 12:00. Our Bell Staff can store luggage on a complimentary basis for those guests who have
checked out, but are not yet departing the resort.
Payment policy for advance payments
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
No prepayment is needed.
No pets allowed
Group arrivals can be handled most efficiently at the Front Desk.
- Guest Identification Required
Guests will be required to present a valid identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party's credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
Open flamed candles are not allowed. Please do not light a candle in your guestroom. If lit, you will be liable for the entire amount of damage.
