House Rules, Booking:
Arrival: from 16:00 on the day of booking
Departure: until 10:00 on the last day of the reservation
Please stick to the exact arrival and departure times to not hinder the cleaning and the
welcome of our next guests.
How to book: the booking is made via email or by filling in and sending the survey on the
website.
Once the date and price have been confirmed, 50% of the total amount will need to be
credited to the bank account number provided. The booking will only become final after the
transfer, for which you will receive a confirmation.
Cancellation: 30 days before the reservation period can be canceled free of charge.
If canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If we are able
to resell the period, we will refund the full amount less 5% of the transaction cost.
The house, gallery, terraces, garden and all additional services are used by our guests at
their own risk, the host does not accept any responsibility for any accidents or safety risks
arising from the normal use of the house.
Please note that children are at risk of an accident if they use the patio, gallery or outdoor
areas without supervision.
The house is located on a hillside, in a natural environment, the house is approached on a
gravel road, cars can be placed in the lower and upper parking lot according to an
individual decision.
After using the barbecue and kettle in the garden, guests are obliged to put out the fire in
all cases. Our guests are solely responsible for any damages resulting from failure to
follow these regulations. In all cases, prepare any extinguishing water in advance. It is
suggested to get insurance for cases such as: cancellation or accident with your insurer
before booking.
We are dog friendly accommodation, but only if your dog doesn’t scratch the door when
you go out, doesn’t sleep on the bed and if their “business” won’t be left behind.
Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden.
Oven can only be used according to the owner's instructions.
Please leave the grill, fire pit, skewers, board game as it was waiting for you. If anything
goes wrong or breaks, please let us know so we can replace it.
Dispose the municipal trash in a separate bin. Please collect selective plastic garbage in
the appropriate bins and collect the bottle in another one.
Fish should only be peeled in the designated area. Throw fish in a double bag in the
communal trash. Wash the peeler after use. You will find a powder extinguisher on the
terrace of the house, if there is a problem use it and call for help. Please take care and
protect the nature so that our next generation can enjoy it as well
