The host does not live at the address of the guesthouse. 

We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the applicable government regulation regarding the use of digital document scanners, before check-in and occupying the room it is mandatory to present photo identification (such as an ID card/passport and address card) of all individuals using the accommodation services. These documents must be provided and digitally scanned by the accommodation provider.

All guests, including children, must present a photo ID and address card for identification.

To comply with our legal obligations, please kindly send the following details or a photo of the ID cards and address cards for each guest:
- Guest's full name
- ID card/Passport number
- Address
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Place of birth

General policy

The accommodation is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area in the garden. Parking in the courtyard is allowed only for loading and unloading. During the stay, parking is available on the street. The area is monitored by security cameras.
