Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in is always guaranteed from 15:00; Check-out is until 11:00.
In case you show up to check-out later, the hotel will include an extra accommodation fee of 20 EUR / 30 mins of being late. 
In case you want late check-out service, you must tell it to the reception at least 1 day before checking out, and since we are limited to availability, we cannot always guarantee the possibility of 'late check-out'.
Late check-out is 30 EUR, and you can stay in the room up to 15:00

Group Policy

In case of group reservations, the hotel introduces new rules for reservations that exceed 3 rooms. 
These rules are as follows:
-Deposit: Must be paid via cash for all reservations above 3 rooms. This deposit is 400 EUR or 150 000 HUF.

General policy

The equipment and complimentary services of the rooms/suites, included in the room rate:

Each room features a unique design, mostly with a double bed. Our five ground-floor superior suites cater to the most special requirements, such as a circular bed and a double bathtub.

The free use of Janus SPA/Wellness Club includes the swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, and whirlpool. In summer, guests receive complimentary entry to the nearby city beach. This benefit is exclusively available to guests booking 2 or more nights, with one free entry per person.

A complimentary coffee-tea corner is available for our guests, providing unlimited tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and drinking water.

Other services available at an additional charge:

-Parking: enclosed, camera-monitored parking, EUR 9/car/day
-Nightly private whirlpool, fruit-dessert platter with a bottle of champagne, and romantic candles
