Check-in / Check-out policy

On the day of arrival, the booked apartment can be occupied from 15:00. Early arrival is possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.
Guests will receive one key per apartment, which requires registration of the guest(s) staying at the accommodation. Registration involves the accurate completion of the registration form and, in accordance with the legislation in force, the verification of the identity of the guest, which can be done through the dedicated online platform. In addition to the presentation of the identity document, they will be recorded in the storage space provided by the hosting provider designated by the Government for the purposes specified by law. Failing the presentation of this document, we are obliged to refuse the accommodation service.

Pet policy

Although we love pets, pets are strictly forbidden in Jókai 7's accommodation and apartments.
