- Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00 (3:00 - 9:00 pm)
- Check-out is until 11:00 (11:00 am)

Payment Policy

Payment policy for non-advance payments
- The credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.
- In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
- Your credit card may be pre-authorised prior to arrival.
- You will be informed if your credit card is declined for pre-authorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.
- Payment is due latest on your arrival date.
- Tourist tax is not included in the room price and during the check-in you will be charged for the tourist tax. 
- A tourist tax will be calculated per person/daily upon your stay.

Pet policy

- Pets are not allowed.

- Included in the apartment price are free WiFi, bed linen, towels, toiletries, electricity and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware.
- No smoking policy in all apartments and rooms.
