Check-in / Check-out policy

You will find our reception desk in the Café Leonar, Grindelhof 59, right next to the hotel entrance. Opening hours: Mon-Sat 9 am to 10 pm, Sun 9 am to 5 pm and by arrangement.
You can check in from 3 pm onwards. If you intend to arrive outside the opening hours, please let us know in advance (+49 (0)40 4321 3 666 or hotel@das-kleine-grindel.com) so that we can arrange to give you a key.
The room is available until 12 midday on the date of your departure.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Animals are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs.
Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with a guide dog. Thank you!

General policy

Prices are per room and include statutory VAT at the rate of 7% as well as the current Hamburg culture and tourist tax of up to 4 Euro.
Breakfast is not included in the price. The Café Leonar next door offers a wide selection of breakfasts, which are paid for directly in the café.
