Check-in / Check-out policy

You will find our reception desk in the Café Leonar, Grindelhof 59, right next to the hotel entrance. Opening hours: Mon-Sat 9 am to 10 pm, Sun 9 am to 5 pm and by arrangement.
You can check in from 3:30 pm onwards. If you intend to arrive outside the opening hours, please let us know in advance (+49 (0)40 4321 3 666 or hotel@das-kleine-grindel.com) so that we can arrange to give you a key.
The room is available until 12 midday on the date of your departure.
Please understand that we cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Animals are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs.
Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with a guide dog. Thank you!

General policy

Prices are per room and include statutory VAT at the rate of 7% as well as the current Hamburg culture and tourist tax of up to 4 Euro.
Breakfast is not included in the price. The Café Leonar next door offers a wide selection of breakfasts, which are paid for directly in the café.
