Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in takes place at Café Leonar, also located at Grindelhof 59, right next to the hotel entrance. Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. – closed on Mondays. If you arrive outside of opening hours, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange key collection (chip). We are available Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. by email at hotel@das-kleine-grindel.com or by phone at +49 (0)40-4321 3 666. Your room will be available from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 noon on the day of departure. Please understand that luggage cannot be stored in the hotel room or in Café Leonar before check-in or after check-out.

Pet policy

Animals are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs.
Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with a guide dog. Thank you!

General policy

The prices quoted are per room and include 7% sales tax and the Hamburg culture and tourism tax, which is currently up to EUR 4. Breakfast is not included in the price. The neighboring Café Leonar offers a rich breakfast selection, which can be paid for directly at the café. Our general terms and conditions (GTC) can be found here.
