Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in time is from 3 pm. 
Early check-in depends on the availability in the hotel at any given time. We can't promise early check-in in advance.

Check out: on departure day the room is available until 11 am. 
In case of late check-out the hotel is allowed to charge extra money.

Pet policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

General policy

The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is allowed at 5 metres from the hotel entrance. 
If the guest is smoking in the room, the hotel is obliged to charge the penalty of 200 EUR.

The guest has to use all the hotel equipments and furnitures properly. In case of any damage caused by the guest the hotel will charge the cost of the damage.

Only 18+ guests can stay at the property. (In case of 18+ accompany the minimum age is 16+)

In case of booking more than 4 rooms (group stay) or more than 5 nights (long stay) different policies might apply. 

The hotel may preauthorize your Credit Card to guarantee the reservation.
