Check-in / Check-out policy

The room can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival, on the day of departure the rooms are at our guests' disposal until 11:00.

Group Policy

• 7 days before arrival the cancellation if free 
• Cancellations made 48 hours to 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50%
charge. 
• Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge. 
• If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all
cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation
is requested.
