The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. If our employees finish the cleaning first or if we have a free room, the rooms can be occupied before 2 p.m., but we cannot guarantee this.

Here in the Mátra Mountains, in the middle of the forest, in a quiet place with the fresh air, you can easily forget about the noisy weekdays and at the same time have the opportunity to relax, so you can return home refreshed and with great memories. GUEST INFORMATION




Air conditioning: Each room has its own remote-controlled air conditioning system, suitable for both cooling and heating.




ATM: The nearest ATM (Euronet Worldwide) is located 8 minutes walk from the hotel, at Parádi street 6. More ATMs can be found in Gyöngyös.




Baby-friendly facilities and services: We provide a foldable travel bed and a high chair.




Bed linen: In case of longer stays, your bed linen will be changed weekly. Please help our hotel to operate in an environmentally friendly manner, only request a replacement if absolutely necessary!




Blankets and pillows: We can also provide blankets and pillows if required, please contact our staff.




Check-in: The room can be occupied from 2pm. If you require an earlier arrival, please contact us beforehand.




Check-out: The rooms are available until 10 am on the day of departure. If you would like to leave the room later, this is possible for an additional fee. Late check-out is available until 2 pm depending on our current occupancy on the price of 3,000 HUF/room. Please arrange this in advance with our staff!




Cleaning: The rooms are clean and tidy when the guests arriving. If you stay longer than 7 days, it is possible to request cleaning. If you have any other needs, for an additional fee we can tidy your room.




Complaints, comments: Please contact our staff with your complaints or comments during your stay so that we can resolve any problems as quickly as possible, or send an e-mail to info@anna-hotel.hu, or call +36 30 901 4526!




Currency exchange: There is no currency exchange facility in our hotel. Please contact the nearest bank to exchange your money.




Doctor: The nearest medical service is in Gyöngyös. Please dial the central telephone number 1830, which can be called free of charge from anywhere in the country, or visit the website www.gyongyos.hu.




Equipment: Each room has its own television, air conditioning, and sometimes a furniture safe and mini refrigerator. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the refrigerator and empty it before checking out!




Fire and emergency: Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system, which is activated automatically by smoke detectors or by pressing the fire alarm boxes placed for this purpose in the corridors. If the alarm bell sounds, you must leave the building immediately, following the escape routes placed on the entrance doors.




Hairdryer: There is a hairdryer in each bathroom next to the mirror, fixed to the wall.




Luggage storage/delivery: It is possible to request luggage storage in a locked room. If you have a request before your trip, please indicate this when booking. You can inform the staff on site. If you would like to request luggage delivery, please contact our colleague at +36 30 901 4526.




Maintenance: If you encounter any equipment or device in the hotel that needs to be repaired, is damaged, malfunctioning, or not working properly, please notify our staff as soon as possible!




Meals: During your stay at Hotel Anna***, a cold buffet breakfast can be requested between 7:30 and 10:00. Our hotel does not provide hot meals, however, upon special request, we are able serve lunch and dinner with a menu after prior arrangement. Please make your request beforehand or during your stay. Please do not eat in the rooms!




Parking: Our guests can use the parking lot free of charge. The parking lot in the inner courtyard is protected by an electric gate, while the parking lot in front of the hotel is not secured. If you are arriving at our hotel by car, please provide us with the license plate number 24-hours before arriving.




Payment: The accommodation fee and tourist tax can be paid in advance or upon arrival. We will automatically send an e-invoice to the e-mail address you provided. If you would like to receive it in paper form, please indicate your need when booking.

Our hotel accepts cash, SZÉP Card (OTP, K&H), bank transfer and bank card. In case of cash payment, we can accept HUF, EUR currencies. You can pay by the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus/Maestro, JCB, American Express.

Our hotel also has a contract with the OTP BANK service provider. When paying, all of the accommodation, catering and leisure pockets can be used. Tourist tax cannot be paid with Szép Card! There is no possibility to exchange money at the hotel!




Pets: We are a pet-friendly accommodation, but pets are only allowed in two of our ground floor rooms.




Pharmacy: The nearest pharmacy is located in Gyöngyös at Kossuth Lajos u. 36 (Benu Pharmacy). The pharmacy does not have a 24-hour service, so please check the current opening hours.




Plug suitable for international use: A European output travel adapter can be requested from our staff.




Reservation: Accommodation reservations are made by e-mail, via our website or by phone. Your reservation becomes valid with a 50% deposit. In case of no-show, we are unable to refund the deposit. The accommodation fee includes utility fees and other overhead costs, bed linen with covers, weekly bed linen change for stays over a week, and final cleaning.




Security system: Our hotel has a video surveillance and recording system.




Smoking: Smoking is PROHIBITED in the rooms and in the building! All smoke detectors are active. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area next to the main entrance of the building. The rooms have a fire and smoke alarm system. If the fire alarm indicates a room fire and it is demonstrably caused by the guest's negligence (smoking, use of open flames), the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the Fire Department procedure in force!




Taxi: Nonstop taxis are available in Gyöngyös and its surrounding area. For taxi booking, rates and availability, please call +36 30 901 4526.




Television: You can find out about the available channels in the attached channel list. Turn on the television with a single, short press of the button! After switching on, please wait 5-10 seconds until the channels are loaded! Please do not touch the cable or move the equipment!




Toiletries: Each bathroom shower is equipped with a wall-mounted dispenser in which the shower gel is suitable for washing the face, body and hair. In addition, if you have any other needs (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, cosmetic cloth, other hygiene equipment, sewing kit), please contact our staff or call +36 30 901 4526!




Towels: Two towels per person (hand and large) are provided in each bathroom. Replacements are provided upon request, or weekly in the case of longer stays.




Transportation: Find out about the transportation schedule to or from Mátrafüred on the website of www.menetrendek.hu!




Umbrella: The hotel has a few umbrellas available for our guests, which you can be requested by our colleagues.




Wake-up call: We are of course at your service if you need one. Please contact our staff or call +36 30 901 4526.




Washing machine, laundry/ironing: We can fulfill your laundry needs upon request, for which you can ask a laundry bag from our colleagues. You can also have your clothes ironed for a fee. There is no shared washing machine available. If you need an iron, you can ask our staff, for which we also provide an ironing board. A clothes drying rack is also available upon request.




WIFI: Free wireless internet access is available in our hotel. To connect, select the Annahotel network without any password.
