Check-in / Check-out policy
Check-out is until 10am, Check-in 2pm to 8pm. If you arrive after 8pm, you are asked to inform Homoki Lodge in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and is due to extra charge in the amount of 50 EUR / 15.500 HUF in in one case or the other. Please contact our staff directly (welcome@homokilodge.com)
Arrival and departure dates and times are the responsibility of the guests. In case of late arrival, whether due to disturbances in public or private transport, or for personal reasons, the full room-price is payable. In the event of premature departure, the entire amount is also payable.
Payment Policy
Payment policy for advance payments
In case of STANDARD Rate:
Deposit: A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. On payment of this deposit you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 

Balance: The balance of the billing is to be received by Homoki Lodge – Nature Quest Resort latest 6 weeks prior to the first day of your stay. An invoice and notice of the balance payment shall be sent, with a Credit Card Authorization form if required. A credit card number must be given to guarantee your reservation, even if the deposit has been paid. As accommodations are limited and if payment is not made by the given deadlines, Homoki Lodge – Nature Quest Resort shall be entitled to cancel the contract and demand a cancellation fee in accordance with section.
If you cancel a booked reservation, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
Cancellations up to 43 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the whole balance.
Cancellations less than 42 days before the date of arrival incur a cancellation fee of 100% for every night and booked activities cancelled.

In case of HOMOKI coupon:
Full deposit is required via credit card which is non-refundable. 20% of the total price will be charged promptly after booking, 80% of the total price will be charged in 2 days after booking.
If cancelled or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
Final settlement: the remaining balance of the entire stay is payable directly, on the day of departure.
For the duration of your stay a local accommodation tax must be paid.
Pet policy
At  Homoki Lodge, we understand that your dog is just as much a part of the family as other members. We’re thrilled to be a pet-friendly at Homoki Lodge and welcome dogs up to 30 Kg in select rooms. In order to ensure that all of our visitors have an enjoyable stay, we ask that guests traveling with their four-legged friends sign the policy below upon check-in. 

I have read and agree to the following: 

•My pet(s) weighs 30 Kg or less.

•I understand that only two pets are allowed per guest room.

•My pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date and he or she is free of fleas or ticks.

•My pet is not aggressive and is well-socialized with other animals and guests.

•I agree to clean up after my pet and properly dispose of any waste.

•I understand that my pets are not allowed on the furniture.

•My pet will be with me and under my care at all times as they are not to be left unattended on property.

•I agree to hang a ‘Pets are Welcome’ door hanger on my door at all times while my pet is inside. I understand that Housekeeping will not enter my room with an unattended pet inside. My pet must be restrained or removed from guest room while hotel staff is present working in room. I will assume responsibility for notifying the Front Desk if there are special times for servicing my room.

•My pet will be on a leash or in a carrier at all times when outside of the room.

•I understand that a non-refundable  charge of EUR 60 /pet will be charged upon check-in for post-departure room
cleaning. I further understand that this fee does not include any additional costs which may result from damage or need for excessive cleaning of soiled linens, carpeting or furniture. I also understand that this fee only covers the first three days of each stay and that a EUR 15 per day/pet fee also applies for every day thereafter.

•I am aware that an additional charge will apply if excessive cleaning is necessary. I also agree that the condition of the room is based on the sole judgment of management upon my departure.

•As a pet owner, I am liable for any disturbances my pet causes to guests staying at Homoki Lodge. I understand that a charge of up to EUR 300 may be applied to any disturbances. On the second incident of a reported disturbance, Homoki Lodge may ask for the pet to be removed from property.

•I understand that my dog is not permitted at any ofHomoki Lodge’s food and beverage outlets, the community pool, the fitness center or meeting rooms.

•Homoki Lodge is not liable for any injury suffered by pet while on hotel premises.

•I accept full responsibility for any liability arising from my pet (pet damage or personal injury to hotel, hotel
staff, guest, third party or property).

•I acknowledge that I have been informed of Homoki Lodge pet-friendly policies and procedures. I am aware that I may be responsible for additional fees if damage, excessive noise and/or flea infestation occurs during my stay.

General policy
The contract between the guest and Homoki Lodge – Nature Quest Resort shall be applicable on receipt of written confirmation of the reservation, whether this has been sent by letter or e-mail. The services provided are based on the content description on our website.

Full prepayment is required. Your credit card will be charged immediately after reservation according to your rate.

Room rates:
Our room rates are in EUR and include VAT, but exclude tourist tax. You may pay in Hungarian Forint as well in the current exchange rate indicated at the reception of Homoki Lodge. Rates are subject to change without prior notice with the exception of confirmed bookings.
 
Payment:
Cash payment (EUR, HUF) and following cards are accepted (VISA, Master Card, AMEX). Upon arrival we isolate an extra 100 EUR / 30.000 HUF which will be released later on
 
Pets:
Dogs only, short hair, max 30 kg are welcome in limited types of accommodation. Charges to be checked by following our Dog Policy and extra cleaning charge also may apply if necessary. Other kind of pets can be hosted in some of the accommodation's on request.

Other:
Homoki Lodge is strictly non-smoking. In case of smoking in the room we charge 250 EUR / 77.000 HUF for the special odour removal.

Tourist tax
For the duration of your stay a local accommodation tax must be paid.

Complaints
In the event of a complaint please notify Homoki Lodge – Nature Quest Resort , so that any problems, faults or errors can be resolved as quickly as possible.
In all other respects, Hungarian law shall apply. Exclusive jurisdiction is the county of Csongràd / city of Szeged.
