Check-in / Check-out policy
Checking-in

Check-in time is from 4pm unless agreed with the apartment operator prior to arrival for a possibility of early check-in.

You will be requested to sign an online check-in card which says that you have read and agreed with our terms and conditions.

You will also need to present photographic ID and we will take a copy of it.

You will then be given a set of keys to the apartment for the duration of your stay.

Checking-out

Check-out time is before 11:00am

Unless a late check-out has been agreed 24 Hours in advance we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of next day if the accommodation has not been vacated by 11:00am.

Late check-out is possible at 2pm if agreed in advance in writing for an extra fee depending on availability.

Please turn off all lights, electrical appliances and heating and check you have all your belongings with you.

The cleaners will perform a full inventory to check for damaged or missing items, smoking and check if additional cleaning is necessary. Part of your deposit will be kept if specialist cleaning is required beyond of what is normal (e.g. hard to clean stains on furniture etc)

After the inspection is completed, the security deposit will be processed and returned back to you within 72 hours. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to process this.

Pet policy
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the building.
