When you arrive there are 2 ways to check in:

A/ In case you are arriving before 15:00, please call us or go to the reception first where we can check if early check-in is possible.
At our reception, you can drop your bags off until check-in time.
Reception address: 1052 Budapest, Fehérhajó utca 8-10 (Opening hours: 9AM-7PM).
Please be aware that our reception may be on a different address than your booked apartment!

B/ If you arrive after 15:00 you can go directly to your apartment. If you give us all the necessary administration details in advance you will get an email with all information for the express self check in.
Please note that without these necessary information you won’t be able to do self check-in and you will have to come to our reception first for the process.

IMPORTANT:
- In case you are arriving after 19:00, please use only regular phone calls to contact us, because during the night we do not check messages and texts.

- If you would like to request an invoice for your stay, please provide us the necessary details 24 hours before your arrival, otherwise we will issue it to the original booker's name and we will not be able to change it.

HOUSE RULES:
Our security department checks the buildings several times during the night, so we would like to strongly emphasize that all guests accept the policy by using the accommodation:

- All our apartments and the whole area of the condominium (building) are non-smoking. Violations of this will result in a penalty of EUR 200, the apartment must be vacated immediately for all guests and the booking fee cannot be refunded.

- Please avoid noisy activities between 08:00PM and 08:00AM, as there are neighbors in the building who would like to sleep. It is forbidden to make events or house parties in the apartment, and no one other than the registered guests may sleep at the accommodation. If we receive a report about this and / or the neighbors call the police, the apartment must be vacated immediately for all guests and the booking fee cannot be refunded and a fine of 600 EUR will be charged.

- In case of violation of the Hungarian regulations or any point of the house rules, all guests must leave the accommodation immediately. In this case, the booking fee is not refundable in any way!

- If the booker persons do not stay in the accommodation and hand over the apartment to another person/people, the booker person who made the reservation is still responsible for any damages caused.

- If the accommodation is not vacated at the check-out time provided by the booker person, this will prevent the accommodation from being prepared and cleaned for the next guest, a charge of EUR 30 will be charged for each extra started hour and must be paid immediately on site.

General policy

Your reservation is secured with your credit card. The full amount of the reservation can be charged anytime after the reservation made.
In case of a cancellation or noshow the full amount will be charged.
4% city tax is not included it has to be paid on arrival.
5 EUR late check in fee (after 22:00) is not included.
