We are open between 9 AM and 9 PM.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can be prepared for your arrival.

Check-in: 2 PM – 9 PM
Check-out: until 10 AM

Special requests – late check-in can be arranged between 9 PM and 11 PM for an additional fee of 40 EUR, subject to availability.

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

General policy

To ensure a pleasant stay for all of our guests and residents, this is a kind reminder that you agreed on the house rules when staying with us:
- Smoking is not allowed in the entire building, including the balconies.
- The designated smoking area is outside in the parking lot.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Only registered guests can stay in the apartments.
- The guest who causes damage to the apartment property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of damage.

Violations of the house rules will result in a penalty and a refusal to further stay with us.
