Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: till 11:00 AM 

* All apartments have a "self-check-in system".
On the day of your arrival, we will email you all check-in instructions according to the apartment you selected.
You do not need to agree on arrival time in advance, you can arrive at your convenience.
The apartment will be prepared from 3:00 PM, if you would like to arrive earlier please get in touch with our team.

Payment Policy

Payment policy might differ, depending on the available rate. Please check the exact payment policy next to the Rate name.

Pet policy

Pets are welcome only in some apartments, but we must be informed in advance.
Not more than 1 cat or dog in one apartment.
Guest will be fully responsible for possible damage in the apartment - deposit 100 EUR.
An additional fee is applied - 5 EUR/per day.

General policy

Apartment Rules:

* In all our apartments are STRICTLY  FORBIDDEN to smoke. The fine is 200 EUR.
* In case of lost keys and remote from the gates. The fine is 100 EUR (that will be deducted directly from your account).
* Customers are fully responsible for their own and the security of their personal belongings. We recommend that you carefully inspect all your personal belongings on the day of departure. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind!
* In case of damage, please contact us and compensate the damage as soon as possible.
* The rent price of the apartment is always indicated for two persons. As a standard, every additional person will be charged 10 EUR/night (children under 3 stay free of charge). If more people are going to stay, it is necessary to specify the exact number of persons in the booking, as we will prepare the bedding and sleeping places accordingly. The apartment will be prepared according to the exact number of persons specified at the time of booking.

Personal Data Protection:

Ensuring 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data sets out rules concerning the protection of natural persons for the processing of their personal data.
A person/Company purchasing an accommodation service and entering an ordered apartment expresses his / her free consent in this action to manage his or her personal data. His/Her personal data will be used solely for business purposes and accounting purposes.
Upon entering the apartments, the Client understands and freely gives his consent to the processing of his personal data for specific purposes and agrees to provide a full name, telephone number, personal identification document, e-mail address, payment card and bank account details.
