Check-in / Check-out policy

Check in is from 4 - 8 p.m, check-out until 11 a.m. For Early Check-in (starts 13.00) a fee of 20€ is applied.

Late Check-in. We leave an envelope with your name on the reception door. In the envelope you will find all arrival information and the key to the apartment door, including directions to get there. In the high season from 10 p.m., in the low season from 8 p.m.

Pet policy

Pets fee is 12,90€ per night.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds | Do not leave dogs alone in the room | The neighbors must not be disturbed by increased barking of dogs | Please leash your dog on the premises | Dog excrement must be disposed of immediately by the owner.
As the dog owner, you are liable for any damage caused by your dog in the apartment or on the premises. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to charge fees for cleaning/repurchasing according to the effort involved.

Group Policy

We reserve the right to apply special down payment and cancellation guidelines for group bookings of four or more apartments.

General policy

Healthy breakfast we serve daily from 07:30 to 10:30 am. Hotel guests enjoy a reduced rate of 14,90€ per person and 4,90€ per child (age 3-10). Outside guests pay 17,90€ per breakfast. 

We are a family friendly farm and no classic hotel. Please be aware that you are booking holiday apartments and that there is no room service included. If room service is requested, please contact us. Towels and bed linen are included.
