Check-in / Check-out policy

Check in is from 4 - 8 p.m, check-out until 11 a.m. For Early Check-in (starts 13.00) a fee of 25€ is applied.

Self check-in. You will receive access information to the apartment after online check-in.

Pet policy

Pets fee is 17,90€ per night.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds | Do not leave dogs alone in the room | The neighbors must not be disturbed by increased barking of dogs | Please leash your dog on the premises | Dog excrement must be disposed of immediately by the owner.
As the dog owner, you are liable for any damage caused by your dog in the apartment or on the premises. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to charge fees for cleaning/repurchasing according to the effort involved.

Group Policy

We reserve the right to apply special down payment and cancellation guidelines for group bookings of four or more apartments.

General policy

We offer our healthy breakfast daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Access to the play barn is free for hotel guests when eating in the restaurant.
We are a family-friendly adventure farm and not a classic hotel. You book vacation rentals and no room service is included. If room service is required, please contact us. Bedding and towels are included.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings, and parties are not permitted. Visitors must be registered! Cooking should only be done with an extractor hood, with discretion, and with good ventilation!
Triggering the fire alarm (cooking, smoking, etc.), even accidentally, will result in a €1000 charge. In all cases, we charge a minimum cleaning fee of €200 for smoking in the apartment.
