Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in starts 16.00, Check-out until 11.00 Uhr. Paid early check-in possible from 1 p.m. Early check-in €25.
Self check-in. You will receive access information to the apartment after online check-in.
There is no reception at Amtshaus. There is only a reception at our family farm Gut Hügle. Further information at our website.

Pet policy

Pets fee is 19,90€ per night.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds | Do not leave dogs alone in the room | The neighbors must not be disturbed by increased barking of dogs | Please leash your dog on the premises | Dog excrement must be disposed of immediately by the owner.
As the dog owner, you are liable for any damage caused by your dog in the apartment or on the premises. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to charge fees for cleaning/repurchasing according to the effort involved.

Group Policy

We reserve the right to apply special down payment and cancellation guidelines for group bookings of four or more apartments.

General policy

Please be aware that you are booking holiday apartments and that there is no room service included. If room service is requested, please contact us. Towels and bed linen are included.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire house, and parties are not permitted. Visitors must be registered! We reserve the right to report unregistered visitors as trespassing. Cooking is only permitted with an extractor hood, with discretion, and with good ventilation!
Triggering the fire alarm (cooking/smoking, etc.), even accidentally, will incur a charge of €900. In any case, we charge a cleaning fee of min €200 for smoking in the apartment. Each additional person not registered (including visitors!) will be charged €35 ​​per night (pets €35 per night). If more beds are used than registered people, we will invoice you accordingly.
