Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in starts 16.00, Check-out until 11.00 am. For Late Check-out (until 14.00) a fee of 20€ is applied. Early Check-in is not possible.
There is no reception at Stadthaus. There is only a reception at our family farm Gut Hügle. Further information at our website.

Payment Policy

Payment policy for advance payments
Please pay the outstanding amount no later than 7 days prior to arrival by bank transfer. After payment you will receive the access code.

Credit card details secure the reservation. We reserve the right to charge anytime part of the open balance to secure the booking.

General policy

Please be aware that you are booking holiday apartments and that there is no room service included. If room service is requested, please contact us.
We serve breakfast only at our family farm in Bottenreute. No reservation is needed there. Daily breakfast at Gut Hügle from 8 - 11 a.m.
As a valued guest in our Stadthaus we offer the following discounts at family farm Gut Hügle in Bottenreute:
- breakfast for 9,90€ instead of 13,90€ per adult*
- 10% off any consumption in our restaurant*
- free access to our kids barn & TrickPin ticket for free if you play miniature golf
- 50% off any additonal activity ticket such as cornfield maze or disc golf
* Only applicable during your stay at Stadthaus. No discounts on sundays and public holidays and the evenings before. To redeem please show booking confirmation.
