Group Policy

Discounts can be provided for large groups of people willing to rent more than 2 holiday properties at once.  Contact us for details. 
Parties: We do not accept any parties at any of our properties.

General policy

Best Price Guarantee: We're convinced you won't find any of our holiday properties cheaper but if you do, we'll offer you the difference. That's our Price Guarantee and it's just one of the ways we help you find the perfect holiday property. If you find a cheaper price for any of our properties on another website, we'll check the details and refund you the difference immediately.

Damages Deposit: We charge a Damages Deposit before your arrival.This Damages Deposit is fully refunded back to you on departure day provided that the property has no damages or extra cleaning is not requried.  Amount of Damages Deposit for apartments and houses is €250 and for villas with pools €500.

Long Stays: Contact us for discounted rates for long stays of 30+ nights.

Smoking: All our holiday properties as strictly "no smoking" indoors.  You may only smoke in the outdoors area of the property if you wish.

Electricity Usage: Electricity is included in the price based on a limit per day which is sufficient enough for standard usage of all appliances at the property. If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at €0.35 per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure. Electrictity per night included 1) 3 Bedroom property with private pool - 25Kwh 2) 2 Bedroom property with private pool - 20Kwh 3) 3 & 4 Bedroom property - 15Kwh 4) 2 Bedroom property - 13Kwh 5) 1 Bedroom property - 10Kwh 6) Studio property - 8Kwh.
