As there is no reception with permanent opening hours at our guesthouse, accommodation can
be occupied after 14.00 on the day of the arrival. It must be left no later than 10.00 on the day of
the departure. You are asked to use the code given in the information via email.

Our policies

Our dear Guests!

We keep working hard so that YOU can have a great time while staying at our hotel during your
holiday. We do our best in order to ensure that no circumstances of any kind disturb your peace
of mind. Should you find anything disturbing that you are not satisfied with in spite of our
endeavour, please feel free to contact our colleagues on the following phone number
straightaway: 06704281030. In order to maintain the condition, the order and cleanliness of the
guesthouse, its furniture and fixtures, we would like to ask you to refrain from any activities that
you would not normally do in your very own home.

Check-in / Check-out requirements:

Parking:

You can park your car anywhere in the underground car park depending on the availability of
free parking spots. You are kindly asked to take into account the painted parking spaces or the
stretch of road outside the building, apart from the green areas.

Smoking:

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas (terrace, designated area outside the main
entrance). In order to maintain cleanliness in the yard and in the whole area of the guesthouse,
we kindly ask our dear Guests not to throw away the cigarette butts, but collect and put them in
the bins. Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the building!

Use of furniture and fixtures:

We ask you to use the furniture and equipment properly! It is forbidden to take the furniture
and equipment of the rooms, including towels, blankets and sheets out of the premises of the
building! We check the rooms on arrivals and departures. We reserve the right to charge our
Guests the cost of rectifying accidental damage done to the guesthouse’s property. We kindly
ask You not to smear insects on the surface of the walls.

Use of the Wellness area:

The pool and the sauna can be used at any time of your stay. It is your job to operate it as shown
in the pictograms. When leaving, please turn off the sauna and the lights if there is no other
guest around You. The parts of the pool are operated by a time switch, they are turned off after
15 minutes and can be re-started.

Cleaning:

The guests take their rooms tidy and clean. If You stay over 4 days, the room is cleaned and the
bed linen is changed once a week. Should you have any other requirements; we will meet them,
of course, with a surcharge.

Placing rubbish:

Household rubbish can be collected in the kitchen rubbish bin (bin bags can be found in the
service cupboard). If it got full during your stay, please, empty it into the big rubbish bin in the
garage, which is taken care of by our staff and it is taken away if needed.

Meals:

The guesthouse has a well-equipped kitchen. The guests take care of themselves. To cook meals,
electric cookers, microwave ovens and kettles are at guests’ disposal. Do not place metal objects
or anything containing metal in the microwave oven. When leaving, please do not leave any
unwashed dishes or rubbish in the room or apartment.

You can find a first aid kit on the ground floor at the main entrance. In case of emergency, call
the emergency number 112! When you leave the accommodation permanently, please lock the
apartment and return the key with its code to the deposit safe with the same number as that of
the apartment.

Reporting malfunctions

Please notify the staff, who are in charge, of any kind of malfunctions experienced at the
guesthouse as soon as possible.

Fortuna 7 Apartments has 13 deluxe rooms with an average design size of 50-55 m2.
The city center is an easy 5-minute walk away and the lake bath is a 10-15 minute walk away.
The house has a private plunge pool and sauna. The beneficial effects of the sauna are facilitated by the 26-degree water temperature, which we recommend to all our dear adult guests.
For those arriving by car, parking is available in the underground garage for an extra charge.
The upstairs apartments are serviced by a lift. The kitchens in the Deluxe Rooms are fully equipped and are ideal for longer stays for families. There is a laundry room in the building. Our apartments have a private bathroom with a shower and a spacious, bright living room.
The tranquility of the quiet street and the still life view from the rooms provide a peaceful relaxation for all our guests.
