General policy

Please note that American Express is not accepted. Any bookings made with American Express may be cancelled.

Group bookings (more than 3 rooms) are not accepted for a one-night stay.

The card used for the reservation must be present to check-in.

Please note that this property does not accept cash payments without valid card to pre authorize it.
All rooms have air conditioning. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply however we will do our absolute best.

A damage deposit of GBP 1 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
