Check-in / Check-out policy

CHECK IN
On the day of your arrival, once your payment has been validated by us, you will receive an email with information about your check in.
Check in from 15H00
CHECK OUT
On the day of your departure, you will not have to leave your key in the check out box located in our Self-Reception.
Check out until 11:00. After this time an extra night will be charged.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Our little friends are allowed with a supplement per night of CHF 10 .- / night / pet. Maximum 2 pets. Only dogs and cats are admitted.

Reception
We pay attention to the fact that the hotel has no reception. All operations are done remotely either by phone or by email.
We do not accept cash or debit card payments (Postcard, maestro, visa electron etc ...).
You can contact us by email at booking@selfmotel.ch and by phone from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 11:00 to 17:00.
During your stay, a phone number dedicated to emergencies will be communicated to you during your Check In.

Refund
In case of cancellation within the deadlines of your cancellation conditions according to the chosen rates. We will refund you either on your credit card with which you made your payment, be on your bank account if you made a payment by transfer.

Important information
The tourist tax is included in the price.
VAT is included in the price.
The exchange rate is given as an indication.

The stay is paid in advance.
The key will be issued only once the stay has been paid.
All our rooms are non-smoking (the costs resulting from non-compliance with this rule will be entirely the responsibility of the guests).
We do not accept any liability for loss or theft.
We accept no liability for damage or theft of your vehicle.
Any damage to the establishment caused by the guests will be at his expense.
Management reserves the right to modify at any time its general conditions and rates.
For your safety, the hotel is equipped with a video surveillance system and a fire detection system in direct contact with the fire department.
Any costs resulting from the voluntary or negligent triggering of the fire detection system will be charged.
