Check-in / Check-out policy
Check-in is possible from 14:00 until 22:00. Check out until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability. On the day of departure it's possible to stay until 14:00 in exchange for a one-time fee of € 15. After 14:00 the daily room rate will be charged.
Payment policy for advance payments
In order to finalize the booking a deposit of 100% advance payment is required. The payment is asked to be transferred till the specified confirmation due date through credit card or cash payment directly into the bank account of the hotel.
In case of Szép Kártya payment the amount of the deposit is 100%.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
On-site payment is not allowed.
Pets/ animals are not allowed in the apartment!
We do not accept groups, events, parties or any kind of gatherings in the apartment.
The apartments are located on upstair levels of the house, NO LIFTS ARE AVAILABLE, you need to climb some stairs.
Parking spot doesn’t belong to the apartment, thus please find out the necessary information about parking tariffs and passes for more than 3 days of stay at the following links:
Parking is possible around the house, for a fee from 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, and free of charge on weekends and public holidays.
In order to be able to welcome you in a proper way, please contact the host no later than 1 day before your check in to indicate your exact time of arrival. Pay attention to our messages, because they contain important information about the keys and here we will send you the access codes for entering the apartment!
In the apartments and stairways smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! Please light up your cigarette just in the yard or on the street in the designated places for smoking.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The apartment can be occupied on the day of arrival from 14:00 PM and the check-out can be done free of charge until 11:00 AM. Otherwise - early arrival or late departure - please contact the host.
At check-out, the key should be given to the host, otherwise the key is requested to be put in the dedicated key-safe next to the front door. The security code for this will be provided at your arrival.
We designed family-friendly apartments so your kids can feel good and relaxed as well. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that you, as a parent, are responsible for your child's behavior and any incidental damages that might occur. Please pay special attention to this! Thank You!
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to bring objects that doesn’t belong to the apartment! Petrol, gas, explosive and toxic or flammable substances, chemicals with strong odor or substances that can damage the life and health of others cannot be kept nor temporarily stored in the apartment!
It is strictly prohibited to bring inside any object that is classified as WEAPON!
Upon arrival, we will deliver 1 key for you. Always keep the key for yourself, never give it to a third or foreign person. If you lose the key, notify your host immediately. Keep it well, otherwise the loss of the key is charged with 50 euros! See also: Key-safe
If it’s not us to give you the key on arrival, we'll put it in the key box next to the front door. You’ll get the security code upon arrival to be able to open it. Always remember the code well so if you’ll need it, you’ll be able to put it back in the safe at any time so the other members of your family can use it as well.
BREAKFAST/ LUNCH/ DINNER
We have placed several 10% discount coupons on the small table for you. We operate our own bistro in 3 places in the city, one of them happens to be in a 3-minute walk from this apartment. We can proudly say that this is one of the trendiest places in the city where you can have a nice brunch, tasty lunch or a quick dinner too. Italian coffee, handmade cakes, paleo, vegan, gluten and sugar-free delicacies are to found here as well.

We, who keep the El Gusto HOMES in order, are especially careful that our guests to enjoy the order and cleanliness as homey as possible. Therefore, it’s very important for us that, while you are here, just as you would do at your home, to pay attention to the purity and the integrity of all the equipments and objects in the house. For this purpose, we have placed in the apartment all the suitable materials and cleaning tools (mop, vacuum cleaner). If you want a wider cleaning because your stay is for a longer period of time, please let us know and our cleaning company will do the job for an extra fee.
The final cleaning is our job to do.
SAFEGUARD/ PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION
On the day of departure, the apartment must be handed over in the same condition as it was taken over at the arrival. An INVENTORY was made regarding all the furniture and equipment of the apartment, which inventory can be found on the last page of the policy. Upon departure, all the items in the list will be checked and in case of absence, the guest may be required to pay the compensation. Damage or shortage resulting from the improper use of any object, equipment or device in the home is the responsibility of the guest to be reimbursed. If the sum exceeds the amount of the deposit, we will charge your account with the amount of the compensation value.
Guests are allowed to be invited in the apartment, but only for visiting purposes. The sleep-over is permitted only if the taxes for that are properly paid.
Please do not let strangers into the apartment! All things related to the apartments are handled by the owners, therefore it cannot happen that strangers to enter and to ask for any information or to try to steal and to disturb your calmness. Please warn your children to pay attention to that as well!
Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment.
