Our check in times are from 14:00 to 21:00. If you do not need a car park we can arrange self check ins for arrivals after 21:00. We are not able to do that if you need a car park.

Check out ends at 11:00. You can have a self check out either from the apartment or from the garage. We will be sending you the instructions one day before your check out day.

General policy

Please find below some essential information about your stay in Downtown Family Apartments.

- Our apartments are located in a 9 building residential complex called Gozsdu Udvar in the hearth of Budapest. We do not have a reception desk and we do the check ins in two different locations depending on the type of your arrival, without parking (A) or with parking (B).
(A)- If you are arriving from the airport, you can use public bus 100E, take the stop Deak Ferenc Ter and walk 7 minutes to our location. You can also take Fötaxi which will cost around EUR 30 and take 30 to 40 minutes. If you are arriving from a train station, you can also take public transport or a taxi depending on which station you are arriving at. If you are not having a self check in our meeting location is Hollo Utca 12, 1075. We then take you to your building.
(B)- if you need parking please ask for a reservation. The parking fee is 20Euros/Day which you can pay at check-out by cash. We will be sending you the location of the garage upon the confirmation of the reservation. Our car park is under the same residential complex and we will meet you at the entrance of the car park to help you check in.

- Early parking is not possible before 14:00.
- We do not have a luggage storage facility, you can use one of the luggage storage shops around.
- Check out ends at 11:00. You can have a self check out either from the apartment or from the garage. We will be sending you the instructions one day before your check out day.
- We provide new towels and we do cleaning in every 3 days if you are staying longer than 5 days. We do not have daily housekeeping service.
- For apartments with sofa beds in the living room, you can find the bed sheets and pillows in the cabinets to set it up.
- Please also note that tap water is drinkable in Budapest.
