HOUSE RULES

The accomodations are NON-SMOKING apartment. Please respect this rule all the times.
Patry is not allowed in the apartment!

NOISE LEVEL
Please be advised that in order to maintain cordial relations with the permanent residents of the house, we would ask you not to play loud music or disturb any of the residents by behaving in a disrespectful manner whilst you are in the apartment.

Please dont be noisy on the corridor, because it disturbs our neighbours. According to the Hungarian law the neighbours have the right to call the police if you disturb them.
This is especially required from the hours of 10pm to 8am daily, with special attention being drawn to Sunday!

If you have lost a key, please call me asap. If you don't find the key, I need to charge you with €170 as these keys are special security ones and we need to change the lock, too. 

If you leave the flat please be so kind and close the windows and the front door and switch off the airconditioners in each rooms.
If any personal items left in the flat, we don’t take any responsibility! (camera, notebook, jewelery etc)

During your stay please keep the apartment as clean as possible. Keep the apartment free from rubbish which might attract insects. Please do not accumulate empty soft drink bottles, bags of kitchen scraps, or any other kind of organic waste. 

If you accidentally break something, please notify our staff immediately.

If you make any damage in the apartment you must pay it, so please take care of the flat as it would be yours.
