Pet policy

We cannot host you with pets or any kind of animals, as allergies of other guests might come out.

Group Policy

We accept group bookings, however the events and parties are strictly forbidden in the flats! If you need just text for recommendations of places in the city.

General policy

The guests are not allowed to host extra guests in their room or apartment or the night. Only register guests can sleep in the property.

As the apartment is part of a bigger private corridor, from where 8 apartments are opening you might meet with other guests during your stay. Also in case of the private rooms with shared kitchen and balcony, you might see other guests around during your stay.

Please keep silence everywhere between 21:00 and 8:00 to do not disturb other guests or residents of the house.
Party's are not allowed and this rule we keep strict!

Because of the Hungarian tax regulations we have to register each guest to an online platform in advance. In case this is not done by 11 pm (23:00) on the day of arrival we are not able to host the guests.

It is forbidden to keep your window open longer then 15 minutes in case of heating or cooling the flat.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the whole building.

We are not prepared for children, we don't have any furniture or equipment for babies and the things inside have sharp corners as well, so we cannot host you with children.

We are waiting for you in person at the official checkin time. And we also try to be there to wait for you between 10 am and 7 pm. Please keep the checkout time to allow us clean and prepare the place for the next guests. We will be there as well to help you in case you have questions.

In case you stay longer than 7 nights cleaning service is available, when we change your bedsheets and towels as well.

In emergency cases we are always available on the phone in 24/24.
In case of serious or repeated breaking of our house rules we can require to cancel your reservation and leave the apartment.
