Early check-in is subject to availability.
If you need a guaranteed check-in before 2:00 PM, an additional charge may apply. To arrange this, please contact our reception team in advance to reserve and complete the necessary credit card authorization prior to your arrival.
 
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at City Inn. For security purposes and to prevent fraud, all guests are required to confirm their identity by presenting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) at check-in. A valid, signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name of the registered guest is also required.
Please be aware that some banks may hold pre-authorization amounts for up to 45 business days—it is the guest's responsibility to understand how their bank processes such transactions.

GUEST REGISTRATION
We require complete and accurate contact details from the guest making the reservation, including full name, address, phone number, and signature. All individuals staying in the room must be registered under the booking.

DATA PRIVACY NOTICE
In compliance with local legal requirements, guest personal details collected during check-in will be securely stored for a period of two years. These details will be used solely for the purpose of guest registration and will not be shared or used for any other reason.

CHECK-OUT TIME:

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, we kindly ask that you contact the Front Desk prior to your departure day. While we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, please note that additional charges may apply.

EARLY DEPARTURE
Guests who choose to check out after 10:00 AM but before their scheduled departure date may be subject to an early departure fee equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

Pet policy

Pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Group Policy

Large group/block reservations must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival date.  Reservations cancelled after that date may be charged 1 full room charge including taxes for each room reserved.
