Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in time begins after 3:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date.

Check-out is 12:00 p.m. (noon) on your departure date.

Upon your arrival to the hotel, we require a valid credit card and a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the reservation information provided by you when you booked.

General policy

We require notice at the time of your booking of the number of guests that will be staying in your room. You may request for up to a maximum of 4 guests (whether an adult or child) to stay in a room. Children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge, when sharing a room with at least one paying adult. 

Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old to stay in the hotel.
