General policy

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (MASTERCARD / EUROCARD - MAESTRO - VISA).

If the credit card is not valid at the time of collection or pre-authorization of the stay, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at anytime.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Flex Rate - Refundable - FREE Cancelation

You can cancel the reservation up to 72 hours before the day of arrival without expenses.
If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The payment of the reservation will be made at the property.
Modifications are free but subject to the availability of the hotel.
Important : Only in the case that on the requested dates the total price of the reservation is higher, the customer must pay the difference.

Economy Rate - Non refundable

Deposit: The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation: This form of reservation does not accept cancellations and this amount is not refundable.
Modification: This reservation can not be modified in any way.

All policies may vary for special seasons, fairs, packages and prepaid reservations.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

All taxes are included, except the Roma city tax, which will be charged at € 3.50 per person aged 10 or over per night and will be paid directly cash to the hotel.

In the flexible rates (refundable), at any time before the arrival will be made a pre-authorization of the full stay or less. The pre-authorization does not mean any charge to your card and the form of payment can be changed upon arrival.
