Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM at the latest.
In case of late arrival or early departure, please be sure to contact us so we can provide arrangements tailored to your needs.

Pet policy

Pets are not permitted at the Service Provider’s accommodation. An exception applies to certified service animals, such as guide dogs and assistance dogs, which are welcome upon presentation of valid documentation. Service animals may stay in the guest’s room under the guest’s supervision. They may access common areas solely for the purpose of reaching the room; other public spaces remain off-limits. The guest assumes full responsibility for any damage or disturbance caused by the service animal.
