Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible depending on availability and for an extra fee.
Guests who overstay or delay cleaning will be held responsible for all resulting costs and expenses.

Bookings from guests in their own city are not allowed.
Please contact us directly if you’d like to book while living in the same city.

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, even on balconies or in shared spaces (e.g., hallways).
Violation of the no-smoking rule incurs a €300 fine plus any cleaning or repair costs.

Commercial photography/filming without written permission and any illegal activities are strictly forbidden.

The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the booking.
Each unauthorized guest will incur a €30/night fee.

Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of lost keys, keycards, remote controls, EV charging cards, or parking permits.

Noise monitoring devices are installed in the apartment to ensure compliance with quiet hours.
Security cameras are installed in public areas for your safety.

Guests are fully liable for any damage or loss caused in the apartment.
Please report any damages immediately to our customer support.

In-person check-in or check-out can be arranged on request.

For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning is included, along with fresh linens, towels, etc.
We’ll schedule a convenient time during your stay.

For additional services (e.g., daily cleaning, airport transfer), feel free to contact the host.

By booking, you agree to follow these house rules.
Violation of the rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
