CHECK IN Reception hours are 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. You pay on site or in advance when booking via our website. After reception hours, check-in and payment take place as instructed by our telephone reception.
You will receive the check-in information by SMS on the morning of your arrival by 12:00. If your mobile phone number is not available (as is usual with HRS & Expedia), you will receive the check-in information via text message in the booking portal. Check out PRIME Check-out is until 11:00. Late check-out until 2 p.m. for €20, until 5 p.m. €35 - only after registration and availability. With our self-service option you can check out quickly and easily. Note: Simply insert the room card into the box at the exit of the respective floor in PRIME - done!

PAYMENT Which debit/credit cards are accepted?
Payment is possible with the common cards that are also accepted at reception: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, and JCB.
How/when will I receive my payment receipt?
You will receive your payment receipt as a printout upon check-in from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Then as a PDF file by email after 1 p.m. If you do not receive your payment receipt via email after check-out, please contact the hotel.
PARKING AT THE HOTEL You can book parking spaces directly when booking online via our website.
When booking via other portals, you must have the parking space added by email or telephone.
On the day of arrival you will receive check-in information and parking information.
The parking spaces are in the PRIME at Luisenstrasse 28 - a few outdoor parking spaces for vans (upon registration) as well as sufficient parking spaces in the underground car park (2nd basement - approach 90 degree curves with space - parking spaces are signposted with HOTEL).
DIRECTIONS You can only get to Luisenstrasse 28 via Bahnhofstrasse. Attention: Google Maps may provide incorrect information here. Luisenstrasse is a one-way street!

Short trip or long stay - you can check in quickly and easily around the clock - a cold beer on the terrace or another hot tea in the kitchen and then off to bed - sleep comfortably on our top box spring beds in snow-white bed linen. There's plenty of news, sports and films on the large flatscreen satellite TVs in the room - of course good WiFi is free everywhere! The bathrooms in the PRIME are bright and friendly, made entirely of glass and equipped with a shower, sink, toilet - towels, hairdryer, hand soap. In the morning after the rain shower shower, make yourself a delicious coffee in the kitchen and try our small muesli bar for free (there are muesli variations) - cow's milk and vegan milk are in the fridge - and continue. Get to work or go shopping! Did you like it so much that you wanted to stay longer? No problem, we offer special conditions for guests who stay longer. BUSINESS HOSTEL ONE (Hausnummer 18) => Our rooms are designed in lean chic - white and minimalistic. The beds are snow white and cozy with fluffy down cushions to snuggle in while watching satelite TV on the big flatscreen in your room. If needed we can provide you with non allergenic cushions. In every room there is a glas basin and a futuristic shower cabin with LED lights, music and the possibility to talk on the phone free handed - you will be surprised. Separate toilets for men and women are on the corridor. Staying longer and need to wash? In our laundry room you can use the washing machine, dryer and ironingboard. No matter how long you stay out at night - you can check in and have access to the house at any time with the code that we will send you by sms on your arrival day. Our hostel is almost personell free - there is no reception desk - we only come around for a few hours in the morning and in the evening - to check if you feel comfortable. of course you can reach us by phone 24/7 in case you have questions, wishes or if there should be any kind of emergency.
