Before you leave, please leave the keys ont he desk in your apartment.
Keys
We ask that you keep your keys safe and not to pass them on to unauthorized persons. Should the keys become lost or missing then we reserve the right to charge for the cost of replacements.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! It is permitted only in the assigned areas. In case of smoking we keep the right to charge 100€ for the extra cleaning.
Order and cleanliness
In order to prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks or shower trays.
If you do not request daily cleaning, please let us know. In this case towels are changed after 2 nights and bed linen
after 3 nights.
We provide an extra pillow and blanket upon request.
You will find a common, central safe deposit box at the reception desk, please contact us to use it.
If you need to borrow an iron, please contact us about which day you need it.
We do not take any responsibility for any items left in the apartment.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available in the breakfast room of the Bliss Hotel (Ó utca 43-49.), which is located on the left after exiting the building, around the corner every day (7:30 – 11:00). The room rate includes the price of breakfast.

We are available by phone throughout the day for any assistance you may need.
We also offer a secure storage service at the reception if requested in advance.

Budapest Holidays Downtown is ideally situated in the 06. Terézváros district of Budapest Jókai street 4. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Some of the units have a cable flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The hourly cost can be found on the machines on the street (600Ft/hour) and you can pay with hungarian coins or through applications. On weekends an public holidays, the public parking is free nearby.
