General policy

Since it's a residential area guests must always keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (8 pm – 7 am), and upon arrival and departure. No parties allowed Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (it's allowed on the terraces) Security deposit: 250 EUR in cash which is refunded if the house rules were respected.
