We would like to remind you that check-in is after 15:00PM and check-out is until 10:00AM, please make sure housekeeping can start by then.

Upon checking out please put the keys back to the key safe, and scroll the numbers to "0000".

Please note: Our apartments are private accomodations in a commercial building, we always have on same day arrival guests and we need to clean the apartment, therefore there is no possibility to store your luggage inside the apartment after check-out!

General policy

STANDARD POLICY
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from your guests before arrival!

NON REFUNDABLE POLICY
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
