According to your arrival information, you should be arriving between 15 p.m and 22:00 p.m, and the apartment will be ready for you. Check-out Instructions As a reminder, departures are before 10 a.m. Prior to your departure, we kindly ask that you do the following: - Throw your garbage away into the bins in the courtyard, in front of the staircase. - Please, leave all dishes and cutlery clean. - Remove the sheets from the beds and leave them on the floor, as well as used towels – you do not need to wash them. ☺ - Turn off all the lights. - Leave the key in the key lock-box after having looked at the door of the apartment, scroll all numbers to ‘0’.

Calm and respect of the neighborhood & Non-smoking policyWe kindly ask that you be as discreet as possible when coming and going from the building. If you arrive after 10 p.m. or if you depart before 7 a.m., please, do not roll your luggage in the building entrance. «Hanging out» in the common areas of the building is strictly forbidden. Please pay particular attention to the fact that it is strictly forbidden to chat or «hang out» in the courtyards between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Apartments, courtyards and building's common areas (including building's entryway) are strictly non-smoking. As a whole, we ask for you to respect the calm and residential aspect of the property.
