Check-in / Check-out policy

The accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. For a separate fee, it is possible to book the accommodation at an earlier time or to stay longer on the day of departure. In both cases, prior consultation is required. If you cancel your stay here during the booked time, we will not refund the accommodation fee.

Pet policy

Pets can be brought to our apartment building with the knowledge of the host.

Group Policy

Our Guests can receive visitors only and exclusively with the knowledge and consent of the host. Our Guests can only receive a larger group for a fee.

General policy

The accommodation can only be used by Guests in the pre-arranged number of guests, which can be checked by the host without prior notice. Upon check-in, all Guests over the age of 18 are required to provide their personal data and present the documents for the scanning of identification documents for the NTAK and VISA administration. Our Guests may only receive visitors with the knowledge and consent of the host.
