Check-in / Check-out policy

1. Check-in from 3PM. Check-out untill 10 AM.
2. Early Check-in possible if apartment is ready and agreed in advance. Contact us for more info. Charges may apply.
3. All guests are obliged to submit photo ID at check-in that matches the guest name on the booking, sign the accommodation agreement, and fill a foreigner registration card.
4. Additional service costs for late arrivals after 9PM is 520 CZK or 20 EUR and after midnight it is 780 CZK or 30 EUR.
5. According to Czech law every adult guest has to pay 21 CZK per every day of holiday stay to a local municipality. The host is obliged to collect the money from the guest.
6. Late check-out up to 2PM - extra charge 20 EUR (possible only if agreed in advance and subject to availability).

Payment Policy

Payment policy for advance payments
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation anytime.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night 1 day before date of arrival.

Group Policy

For groups of more than 5 persons - a refundable damage deposit 200 EUR per apartment.

General policy

Conditions for handover of the keys:
1. Before arrival fill in the online registration of EACH guest staying in the apartment. You can share the link with the other guests, so they can register on their own.
2. Sign our electronic contract (house rules). 
3. According to Czech law every adult guest has to pay 21 CZK per every day of holiday stay to a local municipality. The host is obliged to collect the money from the guest.
4. Pay deposit 100 EUR (for groups of more than 5 persons different conditions apply). 
5. Pay for the stay.
