Check-in / Check-out policy
Early arrivals and late departures are possible with advance notice to the reception staff. These services are chargeable.
Payment Policy

Pet policy
Pets up to 15 kg are accommodated for free. A fee of 10 EUR per night applies to pets from 15 kg.
General policy
1. Check-in and check-out
·Arrival time: From 4:00 p.m.
· Departure time: Until 12:00 p.m.
· Early arrival and late departure may be possible subject to availability and at an additional cost.

2. Reservations and Cancellation
· Reservation Confirmation: Guests must provide a valid ID and credit card for reservation confirmation.
· Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled free of charge 7 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise specified (such as non-refundable offers).
· Later cancellations later than scheduled or in case of no-show, a compensatory fee for the entire stay is applied.

3. Payment
· Payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards, cash are accepted. Guests must pay the full price on or before arrival.
· Deposit: The hotel may request a credit card authorization or a cash deposit to cover possible damages.

4. Smoking Policy
· Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and common areas, unless there are specially designated smoking areas.
· Smoking in an unauthorized area is subject to a cleaning fee.

5. Pets
·  Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only with the prior consent of the hotel. Additional fees may apply.
· Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

6. Silence and maintenance of public order
·  Quiet hours: From 22:00 to 07:00
· Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Disturbing other guests may be grounds for eviction without compensation.

7. Property Protection and Liability
· The Hotel is not responsible for guests' lost or stolen items in the rooms or common areas, unless it was due to the hotel's negligence.
· Valuable items must be kept in the room safe, if available, or handed over for safekeeping at the hotel reception.

8. Security
·  The hotel has security systems, including video surveillance in common areas, to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
·  Guests must follow emergency evacuation procedures.

9. Additional services
· Breakfast: Served at the time specified by the hotel.
· Parking: Parking services are offered in the hotel territory, which are free of charge.

10. Children's Policy
· Children can only be accommodated together with adults. Age restrictions and additional charges may apply depending on room type.

11. Health protection measures
·  The hotel complies with all applicable health and hygiene standards. Guests are expected to follow sanitation rules, such as wearing face masks (if required by hotel policy).

12. Relevant for guests
· The hotel staff reserves the right to assess the condition of guests and evict them from the hotel if they are intoxicated by alcohol or unknown psychotropic substances. If you are not a resident of the hotel or a guest of the restaurant, it is forbidden to be in the premises of the hotel or restaurant, hotel employees have the right to apply to the responsible authorities for breaking the rules.
