Check-in / Check-out policy

Standard check-in is 15:00-19:00 & check-out 11:00. As an extra service, we allow check-ins outside of reception hours by appointment. Luggage storage is available for early check-ins. Check-ins after 23:00 can be arranged for a fee of 12.50€, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Reception hours are 09:00-11:00 for checking out. Earlier check-outs can be arranged by leaving the key in the room.

Group Policy

Group stay on request. Online booking max 6 persons. If you would like to stay with more than 6 persons please send us a request. For group stay over 6 persons we ask for a 100% non-refundable payment in advance, extra cleaning costs of 15 euro per person.

General policy

You can book our rooms and apartments online through our website with instant confirmation. We accept reservations only with credit card guarantee. By providing these details you authorise us to debit all cancellation fees that might accrue to this credit card. Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. We take the privacy of guest data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking on balconies is permitted. Pets only allowed upon special request, in advance.
